First Lunch: of the chef, cheeses, slices to you and mixed vegetable, fruit and coffee.
Dinner: aperitif escape to the fresh storm or tuna to the Greek, vegetable of season, fruit and coffee.

Monday

Breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, honey, brioches some and biscuit varies.
Lunch: fusilli to the tuna (fished from the hosts) cheeses, slices and mixed vegetable to you, fruit and coffee.
Dinner: aperitif, bass to the grill, fresh vegetables, fruit and coffee.

Tuesday

Breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, honey, brioches some and biscuit varies.
Lunch: tagliatelle with sauce to the eggplants, cheeses, slices to you and mixed verdure, yield and coffee.
Dinner: calf with tuna sauce, tomatoes gratč, fruit and coffee.

Wednesday

Breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, honey, brioches some and biscuit varies.
Lunch spaghetti to the carbonara, cheeses, slices to you and mixed vegetables, fruit and coffee.
Dinner aperitif, octopus with potatoes, fruit and coffee.

Thursday

Breakfast: tea, coffees, milk, yogurt, honey, brioches some and biscuit varies.
Lunch: insalata of rice, cheeses, slices and mixed vegetables to you fruit and coffee.
Dinner: aperitif, and grilled mixed of meat or fish in the bay, fruit and coffee.

Friday

Breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, honey, brioches some and biscuit varies.
Lunch:sedanini to the amatriciana, slices and mixed vegetables to you fruit and coffee.
Dinner: aperitif, small restaurant to chosen and cargo of the hosts Greek specialties.

Saturday

Breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, honey, brioches some and biscuit varies.

The menů can endure variations for the conditions meteorology and/or in case that the fresh products are not available on the market of Lefkas, Itaca and Nidri. Modifications and councils from part of the hosts are accepted.
All the meal will be complete of mineral water, wine produced from skipper and the beer.
